Every Terrible Gifts product is made to order just for you, so there's a short production window before it ships.

How long will it take?

Mugs, tees and canvas prints are printed in Australia. Allow 2-5 business days to make it, then 3-6 business days in the post. Most orders land in 1-2 weeks.

Dictator Pillows and the Pope Shredder mousepad are printed overseas. Allow 2-5 business days to make it, then roughly 10-20 business days to reach you. Most orders land in 2-4 weeks. If it's for a birthday or Christmas, order early.

Orders with a mix of both ship separately, so they may turn up on different days.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

Australia-wide. International orders can take up to 30 business days.

Damaged or misprinted?

Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it. Because everything is made to order, we can't take change-of-mind returns - but if they hated it, that's kind of the point.
